Samantha Frank
M.A., AMFT
Intake Coordinator / Associate Therapist
Samantha Frank earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles. She completed her clinical traineeship at Counseling West, a depth-oriented low-fee clinic where she worked with individuals, couples, and adolescents. Her clinical experience includes supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, and life transitions. Prior to becoming a therapist, Samantha worked for many years in the nonprofit art world and as a writer. These experiences fostered her deep appreciation for creativity, storytelling, and the different ways people make meaning in their lives.
Samantha’s interest in depth-oriented work guides her to approach therapy with a sense of curiosity, compassion, and attentiveness to the unconscious patterns that influence behavior and relationships. She is especially interested in how early protective strategies shape adult life, sometimes leading to a dissatisfaction in how life has unfolded. In therapy, she helps clients explore dreams, emotions, and relational dynamics, fostering greater self-awareness, compassion, and the possibility for new choices, healing, and a more authentic life.
